What is PEMF?

PEMF stands for Pulse Electromagnetic Field Therapy which is a proven, safe, drug-free and non-invasive way to restore cellular health, improve overall wellness, and enhance athletic performance. By inducing a mild electrical magnetic current into cells, PEMF therapy slows or stops the release of pain and inflammatory mediators, increases blood flow to and from the cells, and re-establishes normal cell interaction. With reduced inflammation pain decreases, energy increases, and faster tissue healing occurs. PEMF pulses can reach up to 16 inches deep making it deeper and more effective than massage. Particularly sore and tight muscles might "twitch" at first but will then release as they respond to the therapy.
